An iPhone app. Coming late 2026.
Get the f**k outside.
Don’t let life scroll by.
GTFO gets you outside every day, with reminders that sound like a friend, not a fitness app.

Reminders you won’t swipe away.
You pick the habit and the time. GTFO sends the nudge.

It’s Saturday. Boots on.
How it works
- 1
Pick something you’ll do outside. Ten minutes of fresh air, a short walk, a Saturday hike with a friend.
- 2
Get a nudge. Tap when you’re back. The reminder sounds like a friend. Checking in is one tap, no workout logging.
- 3
Build your chain. Every day out adds a link. Watch the days stack up into weeks, then months.
Every day you GTFO is a link in your chain.
Don’t break the chain.
A link is coffee outside, a walk with a friend, a Saturday on a trail. Days turn into weeks. Weeks turn into a month you actually remember.
A chain grows one link for every day outside. Seven days become a week link, and four weeks become a month link.
Not a guilt trip. Just the math.
Two quick questions. Tap your answers to see what they add up to over a year.

Outside is better with a friend.
The walk you skip alone, you don’t skip when someone’s waiting at the corner. Make it a regular thing.

Why I’m building this
I’ve spent 13+ years building software. Remote work showed me what happens when you never leave the desk. Working more, seeing people less. Lunch with my laptop, back to back calls, scrolling on the couch until midnight. Some days the only fresh air I got was taking out the trash.
I felt unhappy and just off. I thought I was depressed. It took a nudge from my therapist to see what I was actually missing: sunlight, fresh air, friends.
So I started forcing myself out of the house every day. Coffee outside instead of ten more minutes of news. An evening walk instead of another hour of doomscrolling. It helped more than anything else I’d tried.
The hard part was keeping it going. So I’m building the app I needed: a daily push to get the f**k outside. Out of the home office, off the screen, somewhere I can actually breathe. Even 10 minutes counts.

Questions
- When does it launch?
- Late 2026, on iPhone.
- Is there Android?
- iPhone first, Android later.
- How does it know I went outside?
- You tell it. One tap.
